Currency exchange is regulated by The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and AMC will follow all guidelines as stipulated by MAS. Any transaction which does not meet any of the guidelines set out in the MAS Guidelines for Money Changers will be rejected even if it has been pre- approved. (Full set of The Guidelines for Money Changers and relevant Acts can be found at The Monetary Authority of Singapore website) ~ Collection of expired orders are strictly at AMC's discretion.

AMC will be at its sole discretion decline any notes for acceptance of transaction which are not in satisfactory condition deemed by us for trade use.

No coins in foreign currency are accepted.

Any request for specific denomination or quality of note must be made before the start of transaction at our counter and may incur additional service charge and subject to stock availability. Any orders that is not completed within the stipulated time given will be cancelled automatically.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable situations and an order must be cancelled before completion AMC will not be liable for any monetary loss arising from the uncompleted order.
